Broomstick Crochet Lace Scarf Class
Posted by genahester on
Debi Botteron Lawson will teach us how to make a beautiful scarf, lacy and textured, with the age-old broomstick crochet method. As you choose the piece you will be making, you should think about making a cowl, longer infinity scarf, or just a regular scarf with fringe. Also if you use a solid color, you will see more stitch definition but a variegated yarn can be very rich and fashion forward.
Class: Sunday July 19th from 1 to 3 PM. Fee: $10 to reserve your space. You will also be purchasing 1 skein of yarn of your choice. You will need any size crochet hook and at least 1 Size 50 (25mm) knitting needle(sets are $7.45).
Join us for a fun afternoon – this is a beginning class and the method is so different from either knitting or crocheting that if you have done either, you will probably pick this up very quickly!
