Quick Overview

I LOVE this color I just want to knit it up into a warm lacy shawl!

Hand dyed by indie dyer Gena Hester this DK weight yarn is 70% Alpaca, 30% Merino Wool, making it super warm and comfy for winter projects. Dyed in two shades of teal and turquoise contrasted with burgundy and vermillian.  Her inspiration was to create contrast between the cool blues and the deep reds and pink. We could just imagine this knitting into a lacy shawl and the speckled nature of the color will help to hide any mistakes in your stitches.

Gena uses Jacquard Acid Dyes for their vibrant shades and vast color selection. The base yarn she dyed is Kraemer Yarns 'Veronica'
