Venus Lacy Scarf or Cowl, Beginners Knitting Pattern

This delicate summer scarf is super simple to knit up, and you can wear it as a short scarf, or as a cowl by simply sewing the ends together, adding a button, or holding it together with a brooch or shawl pin.

This pattern is great for beginners who know how to knit and purl and are ready to learn a bit more. In this pattern we use Knit, Yarn Over, and Knit 2 Together.

The finished size is 5 Inches wide by 44 Inches long, which uses up one whole skein of Venus Yarn. You'll need additional skeins to make it longer.
