To check your order status, sign into your Yarn Designers Boutique account and visit the account page. All orders made using your email address should appear on this page, along with order number, date of order, and order status.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped via economy shipping (3-9 business days) and the cost is based on order weight.
Please note that the delivery time estimates provided reflect the time it takes to arrive after your order ships from our store. The estimates do not account for internal order processing time that is always subject to increase during high volume sales.
Orders received before 10AM Monday through Friday will be shipped out same day.
To change the e-mail address associated with your account, please send us an email to gena@yarndesignersboutique.com and we'll be happy to take care of this on our end. To change your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link located on the log in page.
FREE Shipping is available for orders valued at $60 or more within the USA, otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
If your order is received by 10AM Monday through Friday, we will ship it same day. Every effort will be made for Saturday shipments when possible.
Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.
International shipping costs vary by location and service type, we will contact you via email, to choose shipping methods and charges. Please note that additional fees may apply, such as customs, duties & taxes (including GST/HST/VAT), etc.

After purchasing certain items on the website (including kits), the pattern PDF will be delivered digitally as a separate email. If your download link does not appear, please contact us at gena@yarndesignersboutique.com and we'll re-send it.
Yarn Designers Boutique does not ship physical copies of any pattern. When you order a kit from us, a link to the pattern will be emailed to you. Keep an eye on your inbox for your pattern.
Some of our offered patterns are by independent designers whom we purchase from on Ravelry. In that instance, you will receive an email from Ravelry to let you know we have purchased the pattern on your behalf, with a download link. If you've supplied your Ravelry username in the notes box when you checked out, the pattern will also be added to your Ravelry library.
Other patterns are supplied as a digital download directly from us. In that case you will be able to find your pattern in two locations:
- Your order success page. This page is shown to the left after placing your order. The link is located underneath your order confirmation message.
- An email titled 'Thanks for Your Order - Here's your pattern!' will be sent to you immediately after you complete your order. The link text is blue for easier visibility.
If your download link does not appear, please contact us at gena@yarndesignersboutique.com and we'll re-send it.

We never rent or sell email addresses to anyone.
If you are not receiving the newsletter, please first check your 'Spam' folder to make sure that your e-mail service provider is not treating the newsletter as unwanted material. If it is, please add gena@yarndesignersboutique.com to your address book to ensure that your provider recognizes the newsletters.
If this does not solve the problem, you should contact your Internet Service Provider and ask if they are filtering your email.
To unsubscribe from our newsletters, please click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of our marketing emails. This will not affect your ability to receive your order and shipping confirmation emails.
Many mail providers protect their users by displaying images and links only from trusted sources. Some even block the content of the letter until the sender is known and approved. If you are not seeing content, or the links do not work, be sure to update your email address book so that it includes anyone with an address @yarndesignersboutique.com.

When viewing any out of stock products on our website, there is a box for you to enter your email address, please enter your email address and click 'Submit'. Once the item comes back in stock you will receive an email letting you know, with a link to purchase the product.
