Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unopened merchandise and give you a store credit. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

GIFTS
When returning a gift, a Yarn Designers Boutique Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from our physical store, and online.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE BY MAIL
Please get in touch with us via email at gena@yarndesignersboutique.com to let us know that you wish to return an item, your reason for return, and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive store credit (the cost of shipping the original order will be deducted from any store credit given). The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.
