DMC Satin Rayon Embroidery Floss

DMC Satin Floss is the shiniest DMC thread available. Used by cross stitchers and embroiders for basic and advanced stitches, particularly when used as an accent to other threads like DMC Cotton Embroidery Floss.

Crafted from 100% rayon fibers, it glides easily through fabric. Made up of six size 25 easily separated strands, DMC Satin Floss is perfect for surface embroidery stitches.

This package contains 8.7 yards of satin floss. Colorfast, washable and dry cleanable. Available in a variety of colors, each sold separately. Mix and match your favorites to save on shipping!

Hints & Tips: For easier handling of DMC Satin Floss, try moistening the thread with a damp cloth before threading the needle. You can also use a thread conditioner such as Thread Heaven. This can give you more control over the thread. If the thread becomes twisted while you stitch, drop the needle and let it unwind.

Care and Washing: DMC Satin Floss is 100% colorfast. It can be washed multiple times at 140° F  (60° C). Pay particular attention to the fabric on which the thread was embroidered.
