Purple Butterfly – Hand Dyed Yarn in Shades of Purple and Pink

If you love soft blends of purple yarn and pink yarn, Purple Butterfly was made with you in mind.

I hand paint each skein of this hand dyed yarn with care, placing the dye exactly where I want it. This technique gives you more consistent color transitions as you knit or crochet—especially helpful for multi-hank projects.

Because the color placement is intentional, you can play with gentle pooling effects that bring a soft, painterly look to your fabric. A few skeins would make a gorgeous shawl or wrap where the colors can really shine.
