This stunning knitting kit comes with the shawl pattern, yarn and free shipping!
Rythmic shawl is a classic triangle shawl knitted top down. It has been designed with shadow knitting technique. If you've never tried shadow knitting, it's very simple, so don't working this shawl pattern takes your through it step by step.
This shadow knit shawl combines garter stitch and stockinette stitch together. The side garter ridges of stockinette stitches create a shadow pattern that is only visible when the person wearing it moves. In the model, the slipped stitches are used at the beginning and end of the garter ridges to emphasize the rythmic repetition of zigzag patterns.
To create this stunning effect you will need at least two colors with sharp contrast to accentuate the shadow effect, but to add another dimension of subtlety we've thrown in a set of gradient yarns so the shawl can transition from light to dark as well!
